Expand what you think you know about hula hoops and take tricks, games, and combinations to the next level with a circus flair. Here we dive into accessible and fun ways to move our body with a hula hoop, perhaps in ways that you didn’t realize possible. Learn through group games & individual exploration. Each student is encouraged to find their own unique style and to allow their creativity to run free. Hoops are provided. Please bring: comfortable and form fitting clothing and indoor shoes.
