Honouring Women: a Workshop with Mollie Bono

Okanagan Elder Mollie Bono and friends will present four evenings of experience based teachings relating to healing, respect and understanding different cultures. Discussions of the impact of colonization, specific to violence against women and girls will take place during these interactive sessions leading up to our current experience with murdered and missing Indigenous women and girls. We will also share how Indigenous women and allies have experienced personal transformation and empowerment, including the Red Dress Project. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend with questions, solutions and dreams.  Free of charge.

A light meal is included in this workshop.
